This project consists of complete adaptive reuse of the original 1950’s building. It includes 23,000 SF of new laboratory spaces, teaching and demonstrations kitchens, a new HVAC system, a new elevator, and the addition of a complete fire protection system throughout the entire building. This project was designed to allow continuous occupancy of the building during construction.
